From 22. to 25. May 2016, the International ACM Web Science Conference (WebSci’16) will be held in Hannover, Germany. From Institute WeST, Prof. Dr. Steffen Staab is involved as program chair and Dr. Claudia Wagner participates as tutorial chair.
It is the 8th event in a series of WebSci conferences which were distributed among the US and Europe. As Web Science is an interdisciplinary approach, researchers from computer science, sociology, economics, information science, and psychology come together to discuss manifold questions about the largest socio-technical infrastructure in human history.
