René Pickhardt (WeST) wins first prize at the Wikipedia contest „Digital Society“

René Pickhardt from the Institute for Web Science and Technologies is the winner of the Wikipedia video contest „Digital Society“, category „documentation/interview“.

The contest is part of the project „Videos for Wikipedia Articles“. The project aims to increase the number of videos in Wikipedia articles. It is supported by Wikimedia Deutschland and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Contributions could be submitted to the categories „documentation/interview“, „animation“ and „remix/experiment“.
