Online social media is a venue of multi-linguistic and multi-cultural interactions. Multilingual users of online social media play an important role on dissemination of information globally. Multilingual speakers usually mix languages inside the tweet for attention, and emphasizing a point.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze foreign language speakers, and to implement neural network based model to predict them from English social media posts. The student will use the Twitter dataset presented in [1].
